I have this one when you reconnect/login. I'm not sure after death (i think it's same as reconnecting) and i use it as persistent hotkey (it doesn't detect if you have bless):
auto 200 dontlist | ifnot $connected { reconnect | wait 3000 | say '!bless'}

Elf cant detect if you have bless as far as i know . Everyone uses the same. auto 60000 say !bless
