Whats with all my scripts deleting half of the script?

So basically I look at my cavebot waypoints and find a T at the very end of the script instead of a S for stand or a W for walk. Cant find anything about this T and what causes it. Whenever i find this T my script is all messed up and i usually have to make it again. Any help is appreciated.
